Today’s classical Adora is titled ‘Cuteness’ and was created in by artist Peter M Gray from New York. It is based on a group of works depicting the virtues which were done by Andrea Pisano between 1453 and 1464 at the Florence Baptistry.
Here are Peter’s drawings from the Series “John The Baptist and other Transitional Figures”, his series “How to fix a Human”, his blog.
In lieu of payment for his work, Peter asked that I make a donation to Mountain Road School of New Lebanon, NY, a tiny school that specializes in nature-based learning with a focus on the arts, which I gladly did. Thank you so much, Peter!
