Today’s Russian Doll Adora was created by Russian-born Israeli artist Dina Argov. This “Adora with Matryoshka” illustration is also a part of Dina’s “Matryoshka Project”, which is a collectable series inspired by folk art, femininity, magic, spirituality & Russian Matryoshka figures. Here is Dina’s blog, and Re-imagining St. Petersburg, an article about her art.
This was done after a request on the Adora Art Wish List, and is the second interpretation of Adora as a Russian Doll. תודה רבה, Dina!
